I’ve stayed here a year and I love how quiet it is and so far has been a safe place to raise my kids. Whenever Khalil in maintenance comes in he’s always respectful and tries to fix things without interrupting your day to day. When I have an issue I can always come in the office and talk to Tiffany to solve it.

Made an appt for a tour on Saturday morning and applied that afternoon!! Tiffany Coleman was a gem during our tour she has this light about her that just rubs off on you! I had a couple tours scheduled that day but I just kept thinking about my tour with Bridlewood and nothing topped it! The application process was a breeze and the communication was always there being that I had a thousand questions… Again if you’re looking for a nice community and people who care, then Bridlewood is your next home!

LISTEN!!!! I love this lady right here!!! mrs. Alicia Is the best leasing manager/ agent that I know. She will not leave you in a bad situation, she will definitely try to help in ANY way possible. She has helped me and my two babies with still being here with dealing with hard times. She is a huge blessing to the company and kind hearted person I truly appreciate her!!! She is the only person working in the office and she remains calm and still kind with what ever gets thrown at her. We need more people like her. Thank you mrs. Alicia!!!!

First, I want to say that I am not from Conyers, GA and have never even lived in GA. I know nothing about the area. I recently found out that my elderly aunt and uncle had lost their home of 15yrs and were in a terrible financial predicament. At their age and due to ever rising costs, they were having a terrible time seeking an affordable place to call home while paying for storage, paying for food, gas & temporary places to stay in the meantime! This became quite daunting and a somewhat insurmountable task for them while living on a fixed income. Quite impossible when you sit down and try and figure out a budget while keeping your head above water! However, this apartment search has went on for the last 6 months, at least! When I decided to step in and try to assist my elderly aunt and aunt uncle, I thought that I would have no problem finding them a place to stay that fit their budget and current needs. I assumed with the internet and websites like apartments.com, that I could quickly give them several options and they could pick the one they liked the most. However after several days of internet searches and endless emails and leaving msgs for SEVERAL listings that claimed to have lots of availability,,,ACCORDING to their websites, I realized that out of twenty emails and even more personal phone calls where I left multiple msgs,,,, that I only had about 3 actual people or representatives even answer the phone,,,,EVER. The rest have still never even responded back by phone, text or email and it has been at least two weeks! I honestly got really discouraged! In this day and age, where people seem too often be too busy, angry, rude & sometimes just plainly dishonest, I began to think my elderly aunt and uncle were just going to be stuck in the endless cycle of bills, more bills and never even gonna have an opportunity to change their situation because I couldn’t even get a simple response from at least twenty apartments in the surrounding areas! Just when I was at my wits end and about to give up, I decided to make one more call. I ran across the listing from Bridlewood Apts. I decided to call ONE more place. Shockingly, an actual person answered the phone. I was quite overwhelmed at this point and I began to share my predicament of no apts EVER calling me or emailing me back and that I was trying to help my elderly aunt and uncle and I was shocked that it was such a difficult process. Right from the first call I made to Bridlewood, I could tell things were looking different by the kind and informative response I was getting from Ms. Augustine. She somehow made time in her busy schedule to answer ALL my questions and guide me through the entire process of being approved to live at Bridlewood, ALL the documents required, all the pertinent information that I needed to make this happen for my family members, all while I was in TN. I was immediately struck by Ms. Augustine’s immediate willingness to help me because I am a complete stranger to her! For her to be immediately interested in getting involved and doing everything possible to help my elderly aunt and uncle,,,also people she had never met, I was shocked! She not only began at once to get the ball rolling for my aunt and uncle, she proved to be extremely proficient in all areas of this process. This was even more important for me because I hadn’t applied for an apartment or dealt with a lease in over twenty yrs since I was in college! I was lost and she was my guide! She led not only with professionalism but with kindness, which greatly touched me! So, needless to say, every time I called back to Bridlewood, I asked for Ms. Augustine because I definitely wanted to work with her! I assumed I would not find anyone as good as her. However, due to the small window of time we were dealing with, trying to get my family into a residence as quickly as possible, I had to talk to another Bridlewood employee. I briefly explained that I had been working with Ms. Augustine and that I was in a sensitive situation involving my aunt and uncle. Surprisingly, Ms. Alesia told me that she was aware of my situation and that she and Ms. Augustine worked as a team and that she could also help me. Once again, I was startled by the kindness of this employee, as well as her being so knowledgeable and proficient at the very same time! Ms. Aleseia quickly took the reigns while filling in for Ms. Augustine and she promptly helped me with all the info that I needed and gave me as much time as I needed to understand this application process! I was actually starting to get a little worried, because I really had started to become jaded by the world we live in and thought, this is too good to be true! There is no way that these employees are being this caring and also are able to get all this work done in a prompt and professional manner. I just kept thinking, something is gonna fall through,,,this is just too good to be true!!!! Well I WAS WRONG!!! These two ladies, as well as,,,,, another very kind and professional woman named Ms. Annika literally walked me through every single step of the leasing and application process, never having met me or my elderly aunt and uncle,,,,,in just about 7 days time. I actually told them the day before my aunt and uncle moved into Bridlewood that I couldn’t call them anymore, because every single time I have had any conversation with either Ms.Augustine, Ms. Aleseia or Ms. Annika they have said something or done something so incredibly caring and sweet that I have been immediately brought to tears and I was embarrassed! To think that people that neither I or my family had ever met would be both caring and professional in this day in age is priceless! I won’t publicly go into (all) the sweet and kind things these ladies have done since first speaking with them, but I would NEVER take the time to WRITE such an extensive review if I was not totally blown away by these three employees at Bridlewood Apts! These women are very special, both as humans and professionals! Thanks so much Ms.Augustine, Ms.Aleseia & Ms. Annika, Nira

I have enjoyed my 1 bed/bath. I was having a small problem upon moving in, water was constantly dripping from the faucet in my tub, however, the manger moves very quickly to fix issues. Dec 2021 review. Over a year review. Still very pleasurable and a quiet location. Enjoying my apt.

The staff at Bridlewood is very understanding and was accommodating to all my needs. All you have to do is communicate with them and they’ll do their best to work with you. I stayed in a 2x2 and I had no complaints at all. Sadly, I wanted to downgrade to a one bedroom but they were booked so I couldn’t stay with these apartments. The maintenance crew is very cool and down to earth. Whenever I had maintenance issue, they came at a decent time and even made jokes with you. I would recommend these apartments to anybody.

I had a tour earlier today with the manager Ilsa and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions, was super friendly and kind, and just overall extremely helpful. The complex is going through renovations and looks beautiful inside. They have several floorplans to choose from and the model shows you exactly what to expect. Ilsa herself sold both my friend and I with her kindness before we even saw the apartment! Would reccomend to anyone looking for an apartment in the conyers area

I have been living out here for 1 year now when I first moved out here the staff was horrible when ever I needed something fixed they would never come. Every since we got this new management our neighborhood is looking more clean the maintenance worker’s come when ever you call them and they actually fix the problem. *Updated as of 8/29 20. I changed my review to 4 stars now because the head office manager lady name Ms Isis(sp) I spelled her name wrong I know but she called me personally and I appreciated that. I should've waited until I was calm before I wrote my last review. The new owners/office workers did take on the previous owners issues/problems and they are trying to correct all of them.* I have lived here for 3 yrs now. It has been some bumps in the road. Vanessa in the office always has an attitiude on phone and in person but when you give attitude back she want to feel like you wrong. If I could break my new lease I would and move somewhere else. These apts are old. The pipes keep bursting and when you call they have an attitude like its your fault and mantaince is slow to respond. You can complain on neighbors with loud noise, constantly fighting and police being called on them and it still won't be nothing done.

Though I do not comment frequently, I must say that my visit here was a wonderful surprise. The property was well kept and the apartments were nice, but the true delight came in the treatment by the staff. On a sweltering midday, I was greeted with both joy and professioanlism. The young ladies were welcoming and engaging, not only with me but with current residents they interacted with. It was as though they were old friends or family. Moreover, the Manager, a Ms Phillip's was an absolute delight. She answered my questions, made me feel at ease, and gave me the sense that my family and I would be welcomed here. She made it easy to choose where I want to live while working in Atlanta. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

They have solved and corrected a lot of problems in the complex and continue to make improvements. I moved in on the 15 of July and the staff here has been nothing short of amazing. If you have any issues they fix them in a timely fashion. The office staff are always knowledgeable on what is going on and can answer any and all questions you may need.
