Rid came through, i didn’t even have to put a work order in he seen my apartment leaking and knocked fixed my ac and he even fixed the hole ma wall thanks Rid you made my day!

I needed a few things worked on at move in nothing to major and my second day at Bridlewood I met Rodney he introduced himself to me as maintenance and reassured me that he will be working on all my work orders asap great customer service!

Tiffany was my leasing agent and she was amazing answering all my questions and making sure my apartment was ready for me! thank you to the maintenance team as well they are awesome and making sure i am comfortable in my new apartment!

Mr. Rodney is an excellent maintenance man here at the comple. He knows exactly what he’s doing He’s very quick and efficient with all his work. Rodney is always professional and very friendly. He always keeps a smile on his face.

Our AC unit went out and Rodney came to fix even though he was off work. He worked on it for over an hour and made sure it was working properly.

Rodney , Tiffany, and the rest of the crew at Bridlewood took great care of me. I love it here! I just renewed for another year. I love the pool, gym, and valet trash service. The apartments have stainless steel appliances, marble/ granite countertops, and wood floors. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe, I have no complaints.
